When we feel angry, sad, scared, or ashamed, we experience and emit a low vibration frequency which can lead to stagnation, illness and disease.  When we feel willingness, acceptance, joy, love and peace, we experience and emit a high vibration which promotes health and happiness. During a therapy session, different instruments are played to release sound vibrations that move through your energy field. These frequencies help clear blockages, align chakras, and activate your body’s natural healing response. Many people describe the experience as being “bathed in light and sound,” where tension dissolves and a sense of peace takes over.
