What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy-healing technique that acts to reduce stress, anxiety, and stagnant energy from your body by activating your body’s parasympathetic nervous system. It involves "hovering hands" to balance your energy which helps to greatly improve emotional well-being, pain management, stress response and quality of life.
What is Spiritual Life Coaching?
Spiritual Life Coaching is a specialized form of life coaching where I use my innate gift of intuition to give you a behind the scenes look at why you feel stuck in your current circumstances and what you can do move forward. I gently help you tap into your potential, develop useful tools or see things through a different lens to overcome limiting beliefs, false narratives you have been telling yourself, navigate some of life’s tricky circumstances, or discover habits you have that you don't realize are holding you back from reaching your true potential.
